FOR COUPLES WHO WANT BOTH OF US, FROM THE FIRST IDEA TO THE LAST DANCE.

This is everything. You have both of us from the start — Luciana running logistics, Masumi directing design — developed side by side, not bolted together at the end. We manage the budget, scout venues, book and coordinate every vendor, build the floor plan, and design the day down to the palette and the place settings. On the day, both of us are in the room: a planner and a designer, not a handoff to a day-of coordinator you've never met. You make the decisions. We handle the rest.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT & STYLING

Coordination + Styling

FOR COUPLES WHO'VE PLANNED MUCH OF IT AND WANT A PRO TEAM TO BRING IT HOME.

You've done the work — booked the venue, chosen your vendors, made it yours. We step in for the final stretch. Luciana takes over all logistics about four months out; Masumi joins to style the day and pull the details together. We build the timeline, run the rehearsal and the day itself, and make sure everything you planned actually happens — without you fielding a single vendor call at 7 am. You stay in the driver's seat. We take the wheel for the parts that shouldn't fall on you.

Beyond The Bay

BASED IN SAN FRANCISCO. NOT LIMITED TO IT.

Some weddings need a passport. We plan celebrations throughout California, Hawaii, and Mexico — Puerto Vallarta, Tulum, and beyond — for couples gathering their people somewhere that matters. Destination means a different kind of coordination: international vendors, travel logistics, on-site production, and paperwork that's rarely simple. We've done it. You get the same two people, the same design eye, the same nothing-falls-through planning — wherever you're saying yes.
